Description: INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Viewers connect to our website at www.emsfirelaw.com and go to "Live Lectures". Anyone will be able to view the 6+ hour presentation. All that is required is Flash Player, which is on 98% of all computers. 2. The viewer will be able to watch the video. The video is a Power Point presentation, narrated by our firm's attorneys. 3. At various intervals during the video presentation, viewers will be asked to enter some information, in exchange for which they will receive “codes”. They will then have to print out the codes to be mailed in for verification of viewing. 4. Viewers will only be able to view those screens with the codes if they have watched and listened to the full video. Viewers may not skip ahead manually. Viewers may go back to replay part of the presentation, but never forward to parts not yet viewed. 5. Viewers will also be asked to complete surveys for feedback for the lecture. 6. At the end of each module, viewers will be able to submit questions either by fax, email or mail. The program will prompt for questions. Answers to questions will either be posted on the website in the same format (but without requiring verification of viewing) or will be directly emailed to the person asking the question. 7. The presentation need not be watched in one sitting. So long as the viewer returns to the same computer, the viewer will be provided with the opportunity to start from the last slide viewed. 8. In order to receive credit for the presentation, the viewer must send a form, with an oath that the presentation has been viewed in full, along with the codes.
