Our firm will maintain computerized financial records itemized in categories preferred by the Internal Revenue Service. We provide detailed and appropriate financial statements prior to each meeting for presentation to the members and/or board of directors. At the end of each year, we will prepare tax returns for the corporation as required by federal law and compile information required for the annual report, as required by the Not For Profit Corporation Law. We perform this service for a flat fee.

We offer these referrals as a service to the fire and EMS communities.
